'Elena del mar' is a brand new, very well-appointed 3-bedroomed apartment near Santa Pola on the Costa Blanca. The stunning sea and mountain views add to the relaxed feel of this quiet urbanization.
Nearby there are two small supermarkets,a pharmacy, banks, a bar and a choice of restaurants.
It is 8 minutes by car from Alicante airport, but not on the flight path. The area enjoys over 340 days of sunshine per year - see table below.

The Apartment
The apartment is a very well-appointed new development with beautiful Mediterranean views. It has 3 bedrooms, which along with a sofa-bed and a travel cot sleeps 6-8 plus a baby.
The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave-combi oven, washing machine, oven, hob and extractor fan.
The bathroom comprises bath with overhead shower, bidet, wc and hand basin.
Two of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The master and 3rd bedroom, along with the roof solarium, all enjoy beautiful mountain and sea views.
On the balcony patio there are table and chairs, whilst the roof solarium has a larger table, chairs, sunbeds , a retractable sunshade and a barbecue.
There is also a community swimming pool just 2 minutes walk away.
Please note that there is also a compulsory cleaning charge of 45 Euros (55 Euros if more than 6 occupy the apartment) - this is regardless of length of stay - payable to our local representatives.
A refundable deposit of £40 is charged against this being paid and the safe return to us of the apartment key.
