The Apartment
The apartment is a very well-appointed new development with beautiful Mediterranean views from the roof terrace. It has 2 bedrooms, which along with a sofa-bed sleeps 6. A travel cot can be arranged for a baby.
The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave-combi oven, washing machine, oven, hob and extractor fan.
The bathroom comprises bath with overhead shower, bidet, wc and hand basin.
The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The roof solarium and the patio enjoy beautiful mountain and sea views.
On the balcony patio there are table and chairs, whilst the roof solarium has a larger table, chairs, sunbeds and a barbecue.
There is also a community swimming pool just 2 minutes walk away.
Please note that there is also a compulsory cleaning charge of 35 Euros (regardless of length of stay) payable to our local representatives.
A refundable deposit of £40 is charged against this being paid and the safe return to us of the apartment key.
